The team's focus is on understanding our owners investment expectations and delivering on them consistently over the long term. We achieve this through proven expertise in sustainable development, intensive asset management and strategic leasing plans.
Since inception, our asset management and development business has undertaken extensive developments, refurbishments and asset upgrades on behalf of investment funds and third parties. Our portfolio comprises CFSGAM-managed funds and third party clients throughout Australia and New Zealand:
- 45 shopping centres and retail precincts located across Australia and New Zealand, attracting more than 270 million customer visits annually, and
- 42 major office buildings located in CBD and suburban office markets across Australia and New Zealand
We manage relationships with:
- more than 5,900 Australian and international retail tenancies
