Our internal legal expertise assists us to carry out our duties as a fiduciary manager and to ensure the deployment of well founded investment products for our investors.
The internal legal services of CFSGAM Property are primarily provided by two of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Legal Services teams, and by the internal legal team at Colonial First State Property Management Pty Limited. All three teams aim to deliver on the Legal Services value proposition: alignment with CFSGAM and its various divisions; identifying and assisting CFSGAM with the management of legal issues; communicating clearly; and optimising the use of external legal counsel.
