First State Investments is the UK and Asian operation of Colonial First State Global Asset Management, the asset management business of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. They provide asset management services to wholesale and institutional investors across a diverse range of domestic and global asset classes, including Australian and global equities; cash, fixed interest and credit; property securities; fund of hedge funds; direct property; private equity and infrastructure.
First State Investments (Asia)
First State has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia. They provide regional equity and bond investment expertise into First State's global investment team and offer a full range of products to Asian investors. These include unit trusts, mutual funds and institutional portfolios covering global and Asian equity and fixed income portfolios.
